Reservation Policies

Reservation Policies:

All bookings must be made via email to the e-mail detailing passenger name, number of rooms requested and date of entry and exit.

For booking request is valid and effective, there must be a written confirmation from us.

Reservations are only effective after the deposit of 50% of the total value of the stay to the account specified below. Without payment your reservation is subject to room availability at the time of admission. Bookings made by telephone are not valid and do not ensure that the requested room is confirmed.

All reservations for some reason have not made previous payment requested no later than one week before your arrival, can and will be canceled by the hotel if the passenger has no income until 18:00 on the day of his arrival, and has not given notice of delay or arrival time.

Payment in U.S. dollars: dollars are not present or are deteriorating scratched, stained, torn, wrinkled or very old.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be recorded in writing. No cancellations will be accepted by telephone.

  • Cancellations with 8 days notice: No charge
  • Cancellations between 7 and 3 days: 50% charge
  • Cancellations between 72 hours and 0 days: 100% charge

Child policies:

Children up to 8 years will be released when sharing room with parents, canceling only breakfast extra value corresponding to $ 3,000.
